Wandering around Santa Fe

We have now moved downstairs to a smaller room, it was nice living the high life for one day. The breakfast here is very impressive, boys were in crispy bacon heaven this morning. We headed off on foot to explore downtown. Our first destination was the Harrell House of Natural Oddities, a bug museum. We saw some very cool live bugs, spiders and lizards and an impressive collection of dead ones. We also saw the dirty dozen, the 12 most deadly bugs, and all were living!  Tim's favourite was a golden beetle and Jack loved the tortoise. The boys got to hold some creatures, including a friendly tarantula spider, Tim opted out of that opportunity. We then headed into town for a look around some galleries and shops. Saw some of the best galleries we have ever been in. Have seen enough Indian jewellery to last a lifetime! Went back to the same restaurant as last night, love their Mexican food. We have been very lucky with the weather, apart from one wet day in San Fransisco and a day of snow (which we loved), we've had blue sky days, although today the high was 0.
